Error 200302 in DAQ-mx global virtual channels when reading 0Hz

hello 

I am use a PCI DAQ  6034 E, I want connect linear encoder ka-300 , but the problem when connect the daq and chose  ( daq assistant ... acquire signal ... counter input ... position ... liner encoder or angular encoder ) it cannot show any screw  connection .

but when i chose frequency Instead of position this chose give ( crt0 and crt1 )

in this option I can chose what i want but when run the program is give me error 200302, can you help me.

Hi mohammad,

did you test your encoder using some other hardware like a scope?

Can you check for the presence of pulses when you move the encoder?

Once you made that you can start to hook up your (rather old) DAQ device. Try to count the pulses at first step…

the problem was solved , just it want connect the wire with ( PFI0/AI START TRIG ) , and use daq assistant, edg count in counter.
