Radian Research Driver for RD30

Hi,

On the NI Instrument driver site I see there is a driver for the Radian Research RD33.

Just wondering if anyone has used this for the RD30? 

From the Radian Research documentation seems the serial commands for the RD family are the same...

Hi Shane,

I couldn’t say for definite that it will work, some drivers do work on different product families but we cannot guarantee it.

They will work the same. The difference in the 2 model numbers is mostly regarding the accuracy of the unit. They are functionally equivalent. The 3 digits following the model number will describe the features present in your unit such as energy modes, meter test, etc...
