RT install failure do to unresolved dependencies

Hi,

I am trying to set up a cRIO-9024. For this I need to install RT. I have LabView 21 on my host computer. However, when I try to install the RT software I get a long list of unresolved dependencies, many with Real-Time 8.5, 9.0, 10.0  etc., where I have no idea where to get these.

I have tried pretty much everything, including formatting the disk on the cRIO-9024 and a complete removal and re-install of my LabView on my host machine.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Many thanks.

Cheers, georg

To run the LabVIEW Real-Time Module, you need to install (at a minimum) the LabVIEW Real-Time Module and the appropriate Drivers for your hardware.  This may involve additional LabVIEW licenses.

Thanks Bob,I am beginning to understand that it is indeed a license issue, and we are sorting this now.

Only question I have now: why can't NI write proper error messages which tell you this immediately

Cheers, Georg
