Questions about the drivers for the TDS1012

Hello,

I am confused about the drivers that are on the NI website for the Tektronix TDS1012 scope. The "project style" drivers list 3 types of interfaces for the scope, GPIB USB and serial. When I look at the actual scope I do not see a USB connector. There are only 3 interfaces (excluding power) to the scope, they are RS-232, a printer port and GPIB.
So where is the USB interface for this scope? I want to make sure that before I start writing code to support this scope that I ahve the correct drivers for the scope.

Regards,

Kaspar

Hey,

Maybe this driver not only supports the 1012 but rather the whole family 10xx, 20xx....and one of the other instruments could provide an USB interface!

Only models from the "B" series (TDS1002B, TDS2002B, etc.) have USB plug-and-play PC connectivity.
