Question on System exec.vi

Hi All,

I had seen the examples on system exec.vi to actually call an .exe file into LabVIEW. It also works fine on my labview program when calling. However, I would like ask whether this system exec.vi can perform a series of auto command to the exe file?

For example, when an exe file is opened, a series of command can be automatically entered to each steps instead of requiring the user to key in manually.

The system exec cannot respond to prompts and enter values but if the author of the exe provided a command line interface that accepts parameters, then you can use system exec. You really need to ask the provider of the exe if there is such an interface.
