Question marks in instrumentation library

I'm running labview 5.1. All of a sudden, when I pop up my functions palette, the instrument drivers show up as a question mark. I've got all the files in the proper directory: \labview\instr.lib
I know it's a dumb questions, but I can't figure how to set it back.

Be sure the palette set you have selected is the default one, and that dir.mnu is in your instr.llb directory, if not, you can create a new palette set and link the new menu to that directory, once you do that, the icons should appear again...

I actually created my own personal palette and then linked one of the icons to the instr.llb folder. The default would not let me modify it, but I see no problem in using my own palette. Thanks for your help.
