Question from a beginner

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi guys,

Just starting to get into LabVIEW now and I am looking at the examples to try and help learn some of the basics.

One of my biggest gripes is that when I look over a function (i.e. "Create Array") it does not display the name of the function.  I have to sit in the function panel comparing icons, which often look different.  Is there a way to make it so it is much easier to see the names of the functions used/displayed in the Block Diagram?

Thanks.

Hi shawn,

open the context help window (ctrl-h) and move the mouse pointer over the function icons…

Best regards,
