the product uniform motion，i set Line scan camera 5000line to get a image, the product stop, the camera only scan 4000line, the NIMAX will set the 1000 line of pixels rest to 0, then get a abnormal image.
i set the parameter "new packet timeout " to more, if the time(stop to move) is in the time "new packet timeout ", it will get right image.
the problem is the parameter "new packet timeout " the max value is 10000ms， but the product stop time exceed 10000ms. how to solve ?
the parameter "new packet timeout " is in NIMAX,ethernet attributes.
