Problem by acquiring data from Fluke Norma 5000

Hello guys we have the Fluke Norma 5000 connected via Lan (TCPIP0::192.168.1.101::23::SOCKET). To acquire the data I've downloaded the "LabVIEW Driver for Norma 4000/5000" (Fluke-LEM-Norma_LV9, LNOPA01.lib), but if I try to start the "LNOPA01 Getting Started VI" mostly I dont get any data due to the error -1073807345 (I think timeout error). Sometimes the data has been read, but I dont know why, I've not changed anything. Do you have any idea what could be wrong? LV2009 (demo) With best regards: Alex

I've found out that after restart of the LabVIEW it is possible to read the data.

I guess that VISA has to be closed on the end and this was the error.

Hello folks. The connection over IP works very well, but I've got problems by using of GPIB. When I use "LNOPA01 Getting Started.vi" I get an error in "Averag Status subVI" Error -1074001422 occurred at LNOPA01 Averaging Status.vi->LNOPA01 Three Phase Measurement Example.vi->LNOPA01 Getting Started.vi Do u have any idea what could be wrong there? Thank you. Ask me please, if you need additional information.

If you need the LabView-driver for Norma, you can find it on the www.fluke.com site.
