Possible to control both NI-USB-6008 and an arduino with one VI?

Hello,

Is it possible to control both the NI-USB-6008 and an arduino with one VI?

I use the NI-USB-6008 for my data acquisition in an FSM and I want to use an LCD with arduino in the same FSM, is it possible? Or can I only control one at a time?
