Portability of a VI from a computer to another

Nothing is making any sense. You say you have s box that measures temperature. Why would you think that a digital I/O module is inside the box?

I accept your interrogation because it is not clear for me. The module of Dens was bought with a VI which uses DAQmx tasks digital I/O. It was provided with a computer 1 (laptop). There is no MAX, nothing on this computer excepted an installer. I am trying to run it on another computer. I think the NI USB 6501 is inside the black box because I do not imagine plugging the Usb and that it works without the NI USB 6501. I am installing now DAQmx 9.8. I will give you the state of things after.
