Plotting points in XY graph and control them

Hi

How can i plot 5 or 10 points together in X or Y axis so that i can control them at a time. For example if i plot 5 points together (adjacent) and i want to move them together. Say if i press arrow key left or right (X axis) or up or down (Y axis) all the point wills move together. I know how to use key to move them. But i am not able to make all points a group so that thay can be controlled at a time.

Any idea?

for this you have to grab the cursor and then move the screen as you move the mouse . following is the image

the red arrow shows the hand icon in the graph pallate. i also show the path where graph pallate option present. just right click on
