Picture Box Mouse Down Event

In the mouse down event handler for a picture control, the coords returned are screen coordinates instead of picture control coordinates.  Is this correct?  How can I get pic control coordinates?  Using LV 8

I'm pretty sure you can use the "mouse" property of the picture control to handle that.  I think it will even detect the mouse down event too.
