Hello,

I want to acquire 2 different signals from 2 different sensors; and i want to process theese 2 different signals as inputs at the same time in labview.

Can i use parallel and serial ports as inputs at the same time?

The simple answer is yes. The serial port can be communicating in one loop while the parallel port is being used in another.
