Panel resizing problem with labview 6.02

I'm using Labview 6.02 running in windows 2k. When I resize the window
of the panel, the indictors and controls didn't resize
correctly...sitting on top of one another. Any option than can freeze
all of items on their places while resizing? thanks in advance.

Try going to the VI Options>Window Options and altering the settings there.

Try VI Properties >> Window Size >> Scale All Objects as Window Resizes.
