Hello All,

Just a quick update on this.

We updated to Cal Exec 3.4.1.

We made sure we are connected properly: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/373269a.pdf

We made sure we had all the right hardware.

Now, we are trying to update the DCPower Driver from 1.3 to 1.6.3. We are getting an error.

The installer says that 1.6.3 driver will not install beacuse it isn't compatible with the software on the computer.

He has Windows XP SP3, LV 8.6.1, 2009 SP1, 2010 all runtime engines. 

Checking up on this now.
