PID controller with Arduino (Hardware in the loop)

Solved!
Go to solution

Hi theseyed,

3 weeks ago I wrote you several comments on your VI, you accepted them as solution and now you didn't even implemented them?

Why do you still open and configure the serial port with each iteration?

Why do you still use BytesAtPort?

Why is there still a 1s wait in the loop?

See this:

check.png

i have problem with my topic yet...

i change my codes an VI but it doesnt work...

Which problem do you have?

What does not work?

Have you tried to debug your both programs? Any results from doing so?

Unless you tell us the details we cannot provide (possible) solutions…

Best regards,
GerdW

 thank you for your answer.

3 weeks ago i did not understand you but now , when you send me the picture i understand what should i do.

i do the changes but the output of the transfer function growing up and sometimes growing down and never stop. it should stop on speedref = 100 (in arduino code).

about the time:

it is not important to have a real time simulation. i just want labview to get the serial data and stop until the next data send.

i just want to see the speedref in labview.

thanx alot
