I want to communicate to PCI-1682U AE ADVANTECH CAN board.

I do not buy the board yet and I would like to check if this board compatible with LabVIEW 2012 or not.

Does “CANopen module” in LabVIEW communicate with this board?

Do I need a driver?

Is it possible to communicate with this board on a RT target?

How can I communicate in register level?

Seems to me you're talking to the wrong people. Ask Advantech directly: I am interested in your board. Do you have LabVIEW drivers for it? If the answer is, "Yes, and here is where you can download them...", you are good to go.
