Operation on waveform during acquisition

Hi

I make an acquisition of 6 channels by daqmx.

After a first acquisition where i obtain 6 means values, i need to make a continuous acquisition
with a waveform.
And i need at each loop to substract on each channel each mean value from data from waveform in order to have teh right measure.

Unfortunately, i don't succeed in......

If you extract the Y array from each waveform, you can then subtract a scalar from each element. See the attachment.

It seems to work but when drawing graph before and after substract, it seems that my graph "substract" seems to be noisy versus the original graph.

Is it normal?

Perhaps your waveform was already noisy but you couldn't see it on the graph before you subtract the datas. It's probably due to
the automatic scaling.
