Hello,
I would like to open a tdms file with excel but i can not install TDM Excel Add-In for Microsoft Excel. It's written " NI Software Installation Requires Windows 7 Service Pack 1 or Later". Do you have any idea to open my tdms file without upgrading my windows version ?
Thanks in advance !

You can try to find an older version of that add on that didn't have that requirement. Or you might want to checkout Scout by Signal.X.

It is a free TDMS viewer that works without Excel. That or just install SP1 on Windows 7 which probably is something you should have anyway.

What version of LabVIEW are you using? What version of Windows are you using? What version of the TDM Excel Add-in for Microsoft Excel are you using? What version of Excel/Office are you using?
It sounds like you have an "incompatible mix" of software components. If you are worried about upgrading your Windows version, it suggests you might be running Windows XP and running a very old version of LabVIEW. If so, you might not be able to use "modern" features.

I'm using Labview 2010 service pack starter, windows 7 professional 32bits, Microsoft excel starter 2010 and I have downloaded the 2018 version of the TDM excel add in for microsoft excel.

You are trying to add a package designed for a LabVIEW 8 years "in the future" of your current package. If the only thing you need to do is to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 7 SP1, you are getting off very easy (except for the difficulty of tracking down this update ...).

Tracking down a SP1 update is quite easy.
