Open block diagram for VI whose execution mode is "Run when opened"

I need to open the block diagram of VI whose execution mode was "Run when opened". How can I open the VI without run mode i.e., I want to look the block diagram code.

Open a new blank VI and place the VI in question on the block diagram. Then double-click to open it there.

or

Add the VI to a project and open it from within the project.
