What exactly is a "line" in a paragraph?
Are you talking about how many times the paragraph wraps around?
There is no one answer to that because it depends on how the page is formatted. Font, font size, distance between margins. One paragraph in a newspaper is going to take up a lot more lines than in a tiny font on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper.

You still haven't defined what you mean by "lines in a paragraph".
Why don't you attach a VI with some data saved in it, and point how what it is you? What is that number is for the specific example you show?
Also, why do you need this piece of information? What will you do with it? Often, knowing why you want to do something really has nothing to do with the question you asked. There might be an alternative, better way to get to whatever you goal is.
