No supported devices found ni-8452

Hi

I have connected a spi gyro "L3G4200D" and an encoder from a Maxon motor to my NI-8452

I follow the instructions in:

http://www.ni.com/white-paper/4656/en

If I try to select the signals by myself I recive next error:

"No supported devices found"

bur, for instance, If I execute the "Digital Line Reas SPI Script.vi" example

I can select "USB0::0x3923::0x7514::017E71E0::RAW"  and it does work, but only for the encoder.

Any solutions?

The NI-8452 is not a DAQ device, so the DAQ assistant will not work.
