Please note that this transducer has a sensitivity of 10mV per Volt of excitation. That means that 5V excitation will produce 50mV output @ 100 psi. 10V excitation will produce 100mV @ 100 psi. For the most accurate measurements, you need to use one AI to read the excitation voltage to the transducer. You can then use that reading to calculate what full scale would be and then you can calculate your actual psi.
You might start by using Test Panel to check the actual voltage from sensor and make sure it makes sense. Then you can figure out your scaling and conversion to psi.
Have you been able to get a suscessful prototyle in max using global virtual channels. No programming needed. you can even call these channels from labview.
