Did u mean cursor?

If yes you can select cursor using cursor palette.

If you want to draw then you can draw images using one of the plot's images. There are three: front, middle, and back. Search around, as plenty of examples exist on how to do this, including a couple that ship with LabVIEW. Help -> Find Example.
