In the NI resource library there are drivers for the LakeShore 330. However, there are only drivers for LabVIEW versions 4 and 5, not 6i as you might have noticed. But I would assume that you can use the 5.0 driver for LabVIEW version 6i since the new LabVIEW update was very smooth and easy.
