Dear Forum Members,
We have a Ethernet cable with known IP address and port number and have setup a manual socket.
Thereafter, on scanning for instrument drivers in LabVIEW, none have been found.
There is a need to program a customized driver for the Jasco ADC LC-NET II instrument (MAC address is readily available).
Kindly request you on how the above problem could be addressed using our installed versions of NI-VISA (Version 17.5) and NI LabVIEW 2014.
Thanks in advance.
Best Regards

Pay someone to do this if you want to get any work done. LOL.

Is there a programming or communication manual available for this device?
Unless the manufacturer publishes the programming and communication specifications nobody but them can write a LabVIEW instrument "driver" for their device.
BTW: Most "instrument drivers" are just the SCPI or proprietary commands wrapped up in LabVIEW VIs saving you a few hours of grunt work looking through the manual and writing the low level communication VIs yourself.

Thanks RTSLVU.
Yes, I have a technical operator's manual and that unfortunately, does not contain programming and communication specifications.
