Narrow Band Frequency Analysis

Hi all,

I have developed a NBA VI in LabVIEW using standard pallettes. Have defined a frequency range, defined low pass and high pass filters to be used and FFT function.

The data is being acquired from three sensors and is subjected to NBA. We have to use multi tone signal (s).

How can I test whether the Narrow band waveform I am getting is correct? How can I test my system?

Simple.  Generate a Waveform consisting of a sum of sinusoids, where you choose the frequencies so that one is in the narrow band and the others are outside it.  Now run your "signal" through three NBA filters set for all three frequencies and see if you get out three different-frequency sinusoids.
