NXT toolkit appears empty in LabVIEW 2010 SP1

I have recently installed LabVIEW 2010 (SP1) to use with a Lego Mindstorms NXT, which I have done successfully with LabVIEW 8.5.1. However, after installing the NXT toolkit for LabVIEW 2010 the NXT blocks don't show up in the Functions Palette. Under Add-ons, there is a section labelled 'NXT Toolkit', but it is empty - there are no blocks inside it. Any idea why this could be happening and what I can do to make the toolkit work?

Hello,

Was the NXT toolkit installed after the LV 2010 SP1 installation? LV must be installed prior to any drivers or toolkits. Also,was the PC rebooted  after completing the installations?
