NIScope reading data error

I am trying to use the attached vi(been simplified) to get data from NI5133.

But got error as the attached screen. I use niscope front panel sometime is ok, sometime the device name in startup is grey.

The program works fine originally on this notebook, even worked once today. But now cannot work after several times restart.

Any suggestion, thanks.

Possible reason(s):
A previous acquisition is still in progress. If you are attempting to change an attribute, note you can only change fetch attributes while an acquisition is still in progress.

I got the same error using a PXI 5112 scope card.  It was caused by too slow of an minimum sampling rate.  Go figure.
