NIAuth not Installed when 2021 SP1 deployed

The folder and dll's: "C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\niauth" are not installed during deployment of a LabVIEW 2021 SP1 application. This makes appweb fail when trying to start x64 NI Application Web Server (x64). Anybody see this too?

Some additional info. When you create an installer in 2021 SP1 for some application and install "NI LabVIEW Runtime 2021 SP1 (64-bit)" with it, it will not create the niauth directory on the target machine. However, if you use NI Package Manager to install "LabVIEW Runtime 2021 SP1 (64-bit)", it WILL create the niauth directory. Definitely some difference between the 2 installers.
