I have a question about the NI my DAQ. When I installed the CD and run, it shows an error in the attached file. The labview in my PC is 8.6 version but I also installed the labview 2010 in the CD also. When I plug into the USB, the PC does not show any response. I am not sure it is due to the hardware or software problem. Thanks.
This is Marcus in Applications Engineering. I understand that you are having problems with your NI myDAQ. Can you tell me what operating system you are running on, 32 or 64 bit, and the current version of the NI drivers that you have installed on your computer?
