I'm connecting my oscilloscope to my PC using USBTMC but my pc can't read it. I already refreshed it in NI Max and its not also showing in my device manager. Can somebody help me?

Did you install any needed device drivers for that oscilloscope? Does it show up in Windows device manager?

I already installed NI VISA on my PC, and It's not showing in my Windows Device Manager. Should I install NI VISA on the Oscilloscope too?

That is not what I was saying.
Since this is a USB device, did the O-scope itself come with any windows device drivers so that when you plug it in, Windows recognizes it?
