NI PXI-1428 Error 0xBFF6001F-- Cannot detect recognizable vedio source

Hi, guys. I got a problem about my camera A102k from Basler company. I want to grab the picture from the camera by NI device, the NI device type is NI PXI-1033 and the board type is NI PXI-1428. Everything looks very well, I can find the chassis and the board, even the camera, but when I want to grab the pictrue, it told 'cannot detect recognizable video source', just like the picture attached. The NI- MAQ version I used is 18.5. the labview version is 2018(64 bit).

Is there somebody have some useful information about this problem? Please let me know if you have any ideas about it. Thanks very very much.

The op doesn't seem to have replied regarding whether (s)he could resolve the issue, but there are some troubleshooting suggestions that might help.
