NI Example of Database connectivity toolkit is not working with MS Office 2016.
It is working with MS Office 2013 or older.
I have tried different connection string but it did not worked. I refered https://www.connectionstrings.com/ but no reference available for MS Office 16.
.accdf file is available at defined location

That provider isn't random. Instead of trying a bunch of them, I'd look in the registry or ODBC setup which providers are available. Or use .NET (pointing to this).
Maybe you need to install something to get it working. I'd try this.
Of course there is a change it won't work with the mix of 64\32 bit applications, but I doubt it.

Thank you wiebe@CARYA
this link worked for my 64bit ms office 2016 with 32bit LabVIEW and 64bit Win 7 OS.
This setup should work on 32 as well as no specific requirement mentioned on microsoft's page . i have not tried on 32bit OS system yet.
