Hi all,
Suffering from memory leaks an a LV2015 32-bit stand-alone application, NI Error Reporting Server (NIER) did crash when memory is full on an the application.
As machine is on MS Server 2012 R2, NIER runs twice, one for 32-bit applications and one for 64-bit applications.
These servers can be stopped following this notice.

The only solution was to solve the memory leak problem.
