NI 9238 stability

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello,

I am using NI 9238 module and compactrio 9149 FPGA chassis for measuring 3Ph AC current 400Hz, for some reason my measurement is not stable. The reading is going up and down. I am injecting 1A. My reading is swinging between .97

 and 1.1 A.

Please help how to make the measurement stable.

Thanks

Hi,
It is likely that you might pickup noise from the surrounding improper measurement mode is chosen.
You can try to troubleshoot the problem you facing in the link below.

Thanks guserwin91. Yes you're right, noise is causing the problem. I added AC input filter and the measurement became stable.
