Hi I have a similar problem, I am connecting 16 sensors in a differential form on the NI9205. I am only getting a measurement from the first 8, the second 8 are giving me strange readings. I checked the wiring its all going good, do I have to connect something else to COM terminal ? or only the 32 spring terminals?

I completely abandoned using this module. It did not work as intended.
