Has any USDA customer requested a NDAA 889 form? I need to do this to continue doing business with NI. Also nobody is answering the phones.

Not yet. I was hoping someone from NI would see this and respond. I have a call in to Renato Galisi my contact but haven’t heard back.  We only need to get one copy on Axon and then everyone are good. I’ll update this post when I learn more.

I was able to obtain the NDAA and will send it to be uploaded to the repository.
