Ive had a go at producing a VI that will ramp my pump from a min to a max flow rate over a specified delta t.
It appears to work…too well actually! Which is why im not convinced that I have connected the PID correctly, with respect to PV, Outputs etc; parts surrounded in green pen.
For info, the command “FLOWA” gets the current actual flowrate from the pump via serial connection. And “FLOW=” writes the corrected flow rate to the pump via serial comm.
I know there will be silly things wrong with it, so please go easy, I’m still learning : -)

I can't say I see anything wrong with your VI... why exactly do you think there's a problem with it?
It would be useful to have the graph show the output over the entire ramp, since at the moment it goes off the top of the graph, but if the flow rate is tracking your setpoint then it sounds like it's working as you intended.
