Mouse Arrow Cursor

Does anyone know how to change the hand cursor into an arrow cursor in labview5.1
for windows. I've tried an example in the NI website using the call library
function, but you must put it in a loop because the value of the mouse cursor
is automatically initialized after the function call. Is there any way to
do it once in the beginning of the program? Thanks
