Yeah, your code works.

On giving it a little thought, I think the reason could be that I am using 2 channels of the daq and using the split signal to split the pulse and breathing signal. THis could be a potential problem. IS there a better way to separate these signals, if this coud be a problem?

Hi Jaspal,

I think you could just use "Convert from Dynamic Data" to convert the output from DAQ Assistant to 1D array of waveform. If you have two channels, the array will include two elements.
