Missing VI's

New user here... sorry for the basic question.

I desperately need to use the Modbus VI's that should be in the data communication palette, but I do not have them. I have all the other subpalettes (Actor framework, dataSocket, etc.), but not Modbus. How do I add it?

There are a few different sets of Modbus VI's.  Some come with the DSC module.
