If you ignore the error and go to the block diagram of Build CHM.vi you should see some VIs with question marks because LabVIEW cannot find the VI. If you Ctrl+H and hover over the VI it should tell you what VI it is trying to load. You can also click the broken run arrow and it should tell you what the errors are in a bit more detail.
From the image of your palette you might need to install the Vision Acquisition Software drivers. If we know specifically what VI is missing we can probably say that with more certainty.
