Missing DLL's in exe deployment lk*.dll

Deployment of a LV8.0 application (*.exe) fails to execute without postong a missing DLL warning such as Lkrett.dll Lksock.dll, etc.  Some sytems NT or XP work fine but others do not.  I've read similar issues but am unsure if I should just include all the lk*.dll files from my dev system (XP) force them into the deployed install disk.  I have no idea what all this "lookout" stuff is.

Any comments?
