Minimum Voltage acquired and generation with 7851r card

Hi,

I am very much confused to calculate the minimum volatge that the 7851 card can acquire. The card specification says that AI is 16 bit resolution which means the sensitivity is 20/2^16 equals to 0.3mV. The volatge range accuracy is ~4mV for AI and ~6mV for AO. Here I am confused whether the minimum voltage that can be acquired is 0.3mV or 4mV..?? and same for AO i.e. minimum output volatge that can be generated is 6mV or 0.3mV. My requirement is to acquire at resollution of 1mV.

Please can anyone tell about the voltage range accuracy means ..??
