When i select "System info" in NI Max and check at the same time my version of Windows on the same pc, I see a different version of the OS. How is this possible ?

Well, you are using the oldest version of of your drivers that claim support for Windows 10.  So there is likely a bug where the Windows 10 info is not recognized (defaults to the newest version known) in MAX.  I would upgrade your drivers to at least 16.0 (up to possibly 18.X) to make sure all of your drivers are actually supported on Windows 10.
