Measurement and Automation looses its way

If I open Measurement and Automation while my Labview Application (executable) is running, Data Neighborhood comes up empty. Although my application continues to run OK. If I repoint (set active) MAX and relaunch my application I get multiple errors (can't find channels). Reinstalling Ni-Daq 6.9.1 did not solve the problem. Version - Labview 6i, MAX 2.1.

That is happening because both the Labview application and MAX are trying to access the same dll, which is nidaq32.dll. As that dll is not a multithread dll, if more than one application tries to access the same resource, some errors may occur.
