Measurement and Automation Explorer has stopped working

Hi,

Need your help, recently I have the error when tryin to launch my MAX 15.0, I got the message of Measurement and automation explorer has stopped working?

Is there any idea how can I solve it, I tried reinstalling Max, but it did not fix? I am trying installing MAX 15.0.1 is the one that I can download from NI.

I need to know if this is your first time installing NI MAX and has I it been crashing since your first installation? There are many possibilities that can cause it to crash. Could you also let me know what ia your OS environment?
