Measure an Angle in a image

this is a  nozzle,I want  to use labview automatic testing the angle.

I don't even think this is a LabVIEW question... yet.  Do you have a general idea of how to approach the issue, yet?

设定一个阈值,把图象转化成黑白.

在三角形中不同的高度,测定宽度二次.

利用宽度和高度的差, 用三角函数算出顶角.

I know use vision kit  can solve.But I don't know how to implement the specific.

Generic answer to you is to use IMAQ Lines Intersection VI or IMAQ Get Angles VI.

-The first VI requires two lines each a cluster of two points defining the line.

-The second VI is also similar but instead uses points directly.

-To get the points you can try using the one of caliper tools to detect edge points.
